More than 60 young representatives from all over Lebanon got together over 5 round tables to discuss and debate 5 issues that you've voted on out of 22 within the Live Love Agora initiative.

The topics you've chosen are: Education, Public Transportation, Electoral Law, Nation Building and the Beirut Port.

The representatives presented their recommendations which we will hopefully be taking to the new elected candidates, so we may build a better future for our youth. With Live Love Agora, we hope to continue giving young men and women in Lebanon a space to raise their voices and to advocate for the country and laws they want.

Port of Beirut

1 - Any forced interference at the port is unacceptable.

Public Transport

1 - Reviewing and analyzing current public transportation studies and evaluating them in order to avoid wasting funding on new ones.

Nation Building

1 - Establishment of a unified civil personal status system.

Electoral Law

1 - Mega Centre: Centres developed by the State to facilitate voters voting in their place of residence if the biometric identity or pre-registration of a person wishing to vote at his place of residence is approved and not restricted.

Education

1 - Schools should be enhanced through sufficient funding to meet the needs of all the stakeholders (facilities, salaries, tuition fees, qualified workers…)
