1 - Schools should be enhanced through sufficient funding to meet the needs of all the stakeholders (facilities, salaries, tuition fees, qualified workers…)
2 - Restructuring of curricula and programs: Update curricula so it addresses present needs (technical skills, practical experience, neutral teaching of history). Raise awareness on mental health issues, GBV, sexual education, environmental education, opportunitities of the technical sector.
3 - Harmony and collaboration between the public and the private education systems (curricula).
4 - Reinforce the role of The Ministry of Education & Higher Education (supervision, coordination between stakeholders).
5 - Merit-based recruitment of employees in the Ministry of Education & Higher Education and of staff in educational institutions.
6 - Require IELTS, SATs and other such exams as a criteria of eligibility for becoming a teacher or professor.
7 - Establish a Hotline for the Ministry of Education & Higher Education.
