We are looking for an intern to be part of our Human Resources Department in the position of HR Assistant.
This person must be very motivated and possess skills as :
.Teamwork oriented .Empathetic. Proactive.Interpersonal and Communication skills .Problem-solving skills.Organizational & time management skills.
You would work directly with our HR Manager and would be responsible for :

· Support the development of the Training Unit , including new courses and Onboarding Processes.
· Support and contribute with ideas for the Performance Evaluations system.
· Work with different Departments along the due diligence process related to finance, grants and projects.
· Support the reporting process, analyzing statistics concerning current HR projects.
· Assist the Volunteering Management Unit.
· Assist the creation and writing of new Policies.
· Creation and review of general documentation.
· Attend meetings related to HR processes.
